-app: this Radio Alarm Clock app / application

-developer: the app's developer, me, Benjamin Laws

-user: you, the user of the app

The user understands and accepts that complex computer systems, hardware systems (smart phones, tablets, etc.) as well as software (systems) of any kind (Android OS, Apps, etc.) could contain bugs, errors or malfunctions that may cause an app, a piece of software or a software system not to function as expected.

The user understands that the developer expressly recommends using a separate alarm clock (not this app / not smart phone) in addition to this app to prevent any problems and not to oversleep in the event of problems that prevent or delay the alarm by the smart phone or the app.

The user agrees to be solely responsible for waking up on time.

The user agrees that under no circumstances will the developer be held responsible for any possible oversleeping or missed appointments / deadlines.

The user understands and accepts that the user is solely responsible for any kind of use of the app as well as any resulting consequences, damages, costs, etc.

The user understands: The developer acts with best intentions and to the best of his knowledge. He carries out the development of this app with the utmost care and tests the app extensively on different devices and Android versions. Due to the variety of devices and Android versions, no functional guarantee can be given.

7.
If necessary, the developer can change / adjust / recreate these Terms of Use at any time. In this case, the user will again be asked to agree to the new / changed Terms of Use when starting the app.
