Short developer introduction

My name is Benjamin Laws. I have been developing Android apps with a lot of passion since 2017 and I am an app developer with heart and soul!
Before I started studying software development in 2015, I had been working in IT for over a decade.
I live and work in North Rhine-Westphalia, in western Germany, near the Dutch border.

My app philosophy

Short version:

● ad-free
● simple & functional
● free apps + some additional (paid) features for supporters
● fair pricing
● transparent - required permissions explained in detail (Play Store)
● private - my apps are no 'data collectors'

More details:

All my apps are 100% free of advertising. I absolutely dislike ads of any kind and I believe so do most of you.
Of course... even software developers have to live and eat 😉 - therefore, my apps typically use one of two concepts for monetization on a voluntary basis:

1. I create a free version with a few features locked or limited where you can buy a fully functional version for a small and fair one-time payment.

2. I create a free version with a few features locked or limited where you can unlock all features via a single in-app purchase for a small and fair one-time fee.

What is 'fair and small'?
- App prices are usually within a price range of a 'coffee to go' or less.

All free versions of my apps are and always will be 100% free and ad-free. They can be used for an unlimited time! They are fully functional apps, supporter features are not mandatory for the app to do what you want.

I create apps with functionality in mind and I try to keep everything as simple as possible.

As an Android app developer, I have no interest in my users' data. My apps usually do not collect, process or send any private user data. Any exceptions will be pointed out separately via privacy policy. Currently, this is not the case in any of my apps.
